An immersive, experiential retelling of the Passover story through music, stories and food using modern, political, universal, mythic, artistic and personal lenses. Think sitting around an incredible, otherworldly dinner table and you’ll get the idea.
We’ll be staring together in the GLIDE chapel, telling and singing the stories, then guests will go informally around the building, visiting seder stations where we’ll be eating, asking, and connecting to ideas and each other.
Led by all star team: Vernon Bush, GLIDE Music Director, Zoe Ellis, GLIDE Associate Music Director, members of the GLIDE ensemble, Asher Shasho Levy, Kitchen Hazzan and Music Director, members of the Kitchen davening team, GLIDE Minister of Celebration Marvin White, Rabbi Michael Lezak of GLIDE’s Center for Social Justice, Founding Kitchen Rabbi Noa Kushner.
