We are marking this Elul 5781 at the ARDG with a special three-part season of looking inwards towards ourselves at trauma-informed and embodied anti-racism. We’ll develop consciousness of and action for anti-racism in ourselves and the Kitchen by deepening self-knowing, witnessing, communion, and compassion and grief practices. Everyone is welcome, and you don’t need any experience to attend.
